Excuses and Why Not

A list of whatever excuses I come up with (now or in the future) and reasons or why those insecurities and fear of failure are essentially stupid because this is something I really, genuinely want

Some days, yeah, I am not going to be able to do things because that’s just the result of crippling mental illness but who knows, maybe by indulging in a couple of these things, you can get just enough energy to work for even ten minutes. Ten minutes is still ten minutes and that’s going to be another ten minutes toward your goal
